Super thin series solar photovoltaic glass has the following advantages:
It can save resources, decrease the energy consumption and emission; It can increase the light transmittance and the generated output; It can reduce the transportation cost and installation cost.
Ultra clear rolled sheet glass is a kind of glass with high transmittance and low iron. It is mainly used in the cover plate of the crystalline silicon photovoltaic cell in the photovoltaic field, with the characteristics of high solar transmittance, low absorptance, low reflectivity and high strength which can ensure the relatively high photoelectric conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic cells. At the mean time, it can provide long-term protection for the crystalline silicon plate of the cells due to its superior performances of resistance against ultraviolet radiation, alkali and aging as well as the high strength of itself.
In order to ensure the high solar transmittance of the glass, the company keeps all the raw materials under strict control on the iron content and impresses special patterns onto the surface of the glass with knurling roll to reduce the light reflection loss. Therefore, the glass of our company has high light transmittance far ahead in the industry with the sheet glass light transmittance 91.8% and coated glass light transmittance 94%.
