Cold Springs is off of Ronald Reagan Blvd (Parmer) North of 1431 and South of East Crystal Falls Parkway.

The Cold Spring Amenity Center features a neighborhood park with covered picnic tables, playscapes, basketball court, rock climbing and hike & bike trails. Residents of Cold Springs have access to Lake Lakewood.

Students attend Parkside Elementary, Wiley Middle School, and vista ridge or Rouse High School.
